GameSpan is designed to collect only the information needed to run account-backed community features such as reviews and forum posts.

Information We Collect

When you sign in with Google, we store your Google account identifier, display name, email address, and profile image URL.
When you post a review or forum message, we store the text you submit, the related game or thread, and the posting time.
We may store standard security metadata such as session creation time, browser user agent, and approximate request IP as provided by Cloudflare.

What We Do Not Store

We do not store your Google password. We do not store Google refresh tokens. Login sessions are stored as hashed tokens in the database and sent to your browser as secure, HTTP-only cookies.

GameSpan uses essential cookies to keep you signed in. Advertising or analytics providers may use their own cookies if ads or analytics are enabled. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.

Advertising

GameSpan may display ads through Google AdSense or similar providers. These providers may use cookies or device identifiers to measure ad performance and prevent fraud, subject to their own policies.
